Villa R033 was developed around the client’s functional and interior requirements, combining residential planning with practical technical solutions. A key requirement was creating a temporary water supply solution for periods when the main water service is interrupted. The design therefore incorporated an underground water tank to provide temporary water storage for the residence. The interior direction was developed according to the client’s preferences, including an Arabic-style kitchen and a predominantly warm brown material and color palette throughout the house.
