Villa R113 was redesigned around a major change in the client’s spatial requirements. The original program was reorganized to accommodate six rooms instead of four while maintaining a coherent residential layout. An elevator was also incorporated into the villa in response to the client’s requirements. The design challenge was to integrate the additional spaces and vertical circulation without losing clarity in the overall planning.

Vertical circulation was revised to incorporate an elevator requested by the client.
